Ones to Watch
The captive industry is awash with talent at the moment. Much is spoken about an ageing workforce in the industry, but after receiving thousands of responses to Power 50 survey this year, it’s clear future leaders are waiting in the wings ready to take over when the currently established industry heavyweights decide to step down.
Caterina Robba, Senior Account Executive has been recognised as One to Watch after receiving several nominations from colleagues and clients.
Caterina Robba joined Generali Employee Benefits initially on an internship in September 2019, and after impressing was taken on as a full-time network management officer just seven months later. Based in Luxembourg, she had been working as a sales account executive until her promotion to senior account executive in July last year. Highly thought of in the Generali Employee Benefits team, she has the potential to keep progressing in her captive career.
