GEB features on Captive Review Power 50 2024

Every year, Captive Review recognizes 50 of the most influential captive figures on their Power 50 list. With entrants from around the world, representing the best of the best in the captive industry. The Power 50 honours captive professionals who excelled in 2023, who are champions of the captive insurance industry, and dedicated professionals who are collegiate, innovative, committed, visible, and have shown excellence over the past year.

For the second year in a row, Captive Review named Christian Keller, our Chief Strategy and Transformation officer as a Power50, this year at 24th position.

Christian Keller, a popular and knowledgeable figure with nearly 25 years of experience in the employee benefits space, Christian has been one of the leaders in the march towards take up of captive solutions for employee benefits in Europe. In just over six years with Generali Employee Benefits he has quickly risen up the ranks, progressing from regional manager EMEA – Central Europe, to head of marketing and customer experience, before taking on his current role in October 2022. A previous winner of our Captive Service Professional of the Year Award in 2022, Keller is a major asset to the European employee benefits sector.

Ones to Watch
The captive industry is awash with talent at the moment. Much is spoken about an ageing workforce in the industry, but after receiving thousands of responses to Power 50 survey this year, it’s clear future leaders are waiting in the wings ready to take over when the currently established industry heavyweights decide to step down.
Caterina Robba, Senior Account Executive has been recognised as One to Watch after receiving several nominations from colleagues and clients.
Caterina Robba joined Generali Employee Benefits initially on an internship in September 2019, and after impressing was taken on as a full-time network management officer just seven months later. Based in Luxembourg, she had been working as a sales account executive until her promotion to senior account executive in July last year. Highly thought of in the Generali Employee Benefits team, she has the potential to keep progressing in her captive career.
