Creating synergies in Captive programs: sharing experiences of EB Captive Managers  

The meeting aims at providing more concrete examples of captives implementation for Employee Benefits and was jointly organized by IEBA (International Employee Benefits Association) and AMRAE - Management des Risques et des Assurances de l'Entreprise.

As Captive insurance continues to accelerate, we all have something to learn from sharing our experiences. Our own Delphine Foucher, Country Manager in France will facilitate a very interactive round table: Benjamin Balouka, Global Benefits Manager at Danone, Philippe Vienot, Head of Corporate Insurance and Cédric Coste, Head of Group Pensions & International Benefits, both at BNP Paribas, are at different stages of their Captive lives and share their experience on implementing, managing and monitoring their EB Captive.

This meeting will be followed by a cocktail, sponsored by GEB.

Captivating Milan - Employee Benefits and Aperitif in the Generali Tower

Get ready for all things International EB at IEBA's upcoming Annual Conference from June 11th to 13th in Brussels.

We've invited Clare Gowar from Philips and Doha Al Mamoun from Vivium to join our own Defne Canadinc, Client Development Manager WEMEA as she moderates our panel "Global approaches to employee well-being: navigating employee wellness and return to work strategies in today's workplace."

While one shares a successful case, implementing and managing the wellbeing of their employees through Employee Assistance Programs, the other is focused on facilitating the complexities of reintegrating employees into the workforce with innovative Return to Work solutions.
