A deep dive into global Employee Benefits

As a constantly growing and innovative Network, we annually organise an immersive course for our Network Partners worldwide. 

This is an occasion to discuss international Employee Benefits, explore the local markets and provide updates, discover the Generali Employee Benefits' values and business model. Our Network Partners can access unique training pills, through a series of 1h educational sessions, about Employee Benefits trends, sustainability and mutually profitable growth, how to enhance our partnership and much more. 

The same session will be replicated twice a day, to accommodate the needs of different time zones.

Walk for good

GEB WORLD CHALLENGE

We’re bringing together GEB employees, clients and partners in a digital step challenge to raise money for UNICEF who are supporting Ukrainian families and children.
GEB will donate €1 for every 1000 steps walked and the total amount will be fund-matched by Generali, leveraging the network of The Human Safety Net and the ongoing fundraising initiative. 

The challenge will take 21 days, between March 17 to April 7, 2022, when we'll walk as one team, with each participant having a personal target of 132,000 steps over the 21 days, the equivalent of 5km per day.

The GEB World Challenge is hosted on Generali Employee Benefits’ white-labelled platform ‘Ciao Wellness’ provided by the Health Engagement Provider, Tictrac. Tictrac’s global wellbeing platform is available from GEB at preferential rates.
