With every sign that this will continue for the foreseeable future, many are looking at the option of creating their own captive and becoming masters of their own programmes. A webinar to hear different perspectives on how reinsuring employee benefits to your captive can provide better control over and enhance your benefit program. Kasper Jensen, Insurance Underwriter, Treasury & Risk at Maersk, will share his experiences from their journey with employee benefits (EB) captive insurance.
